Pregnancy & Childbirth Classes- Currently Offering Virtual Classes
A 90-minute class covering the basics of pregnancy, labor, postpartum and newborn care. We also cover interventions and how to cope during labor, the benefits of having a doula, and how to navigate the postpartum phase. This class is great for first-time parents or as a refresher for parents who already have kids. This class is being held virtually at 6 PM every Monday and costs $30.
